![]() Lightning Over Serbia by Ronald Wong An F-117 Nighthawk, call sign Harley 28, of the 8th Fighter Squadron "Blacksheep" egresses after attacking a portion of the electrical power grid in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in May 1999. The successful strikes on the electrical power grid shut down a significant portion of Serbian National Infrastructure and helped convince President Slobodan Milosevic to acquiesce to NATO terms.
